Eligibility for Commencement:
In order to
participate in Commencement, students must:
§ be a
student in good standing
§ have
an attendance record of 85% or better
§ all assessments
must be completed
§ complete
high school diploma requirements
§ achieve
100 credits by the completion of Summer School 2012
Any student with
concerns should meet with their assistant principal
immediately.
Commencement Tickets:
§ Each
graduand will be given up to 2 tickets for family/guests
§ Tickets
will be ordered during online photo appointment bookings and must be done by
February 1, 2012 at 11:00 p.m.
§ There will be a replacement charge of $5.00
per ticket
Special Seating Arrangements:
§ Special
seating arrangements required for Commencement (wheelchair access, translators,
etc.) must be indicated when ordering tickets online
