Photo Bookings

§  January 9 to 17, 2012 (Early Bird Fee)

§  January 18 to February 1, 2012 (Regular-Late Fee)

§  Photo bookings will take place online via EventIQ – https://harryainlay.inviteright.com/2012grad   

 

*After January 17, 2012 a $10 late fee will be charged for all appointments or gown orders*

 

Online Payment Information

o  School ID is required

o  Mastercard or VISA payment is required in order to book

* A $10 late fee will be charged for all appointments or gown orders

made after January 17, 2012  at 11:00 p.m.

 

Grad Sayings

o  Students received information regarding Grad Sayings at the December 9, 2011 assembly as well as classroom visits December 20, 2011.

o  Students will enter their Grad Saying on the computer during their photo appointment.

Commencement & Awards Ceremony

§  Ticket (s) will be ordered during online photo appointment bookings and must be done by Feb 1, 2012 at 11:00 p.m.

§  Each student will be allotted up to 2 tickets for family/guests

§  Extra tickets may be requested at the time of your photo booking appointment

§  There will be a replacement charge of $5.00 per ticket

* Special seating arrangements needed for Commencement/Awards

 should be indicated when ordering tickets online.

Auditions for Performers

§  Auditions will occur January 9-11, 2012 after school

§  Historian auditions will occur January 13, 2012

Program Cover Contest

§ Grade 12 students are encouraged to make a submission to the Cover Contest for the Commencement/Awards and Banquet Program.

§ The program cover must apply to the Graduation Theme: “Life...Your Time To Shine”.

§ Program cover information and applications are available from Miss Cherry in The Career Centre.            

§ January 16, 2012  - due date for all submissions

§ The Grade 12 student with the winning entry will receive $50.00

Fashion Show - March 14

§  We are looking for local businesses and/or community members to support the Fashion Show

with food donations or Silent Auction items.

§  All proceeds go to Commencement/Awards and Banquet costs.
